- 4 mL (3 mL min.) Platelet Poor Plasma (PPP) from 3 Blue Top (Sodium Citrate) tubes
It is crucial to mix the samples thoroughly and transport them to the lab within 4 hours. If this isn’t possible, PPP should be prepared within 1 hour of collection.
