- Extracted DNA: Should be eluted in low TE buffer or Nucleus Free water. Volume: 10-100 ng/µl (10-20 µl).
- Cell Pellets: 1 x 106 cells/ml. Transport frozen at -80°C with dry ice.
- Spot on FTA: Follow standard guidelines, then spot 20 µl sample on the card. Transport single FTA card in a zip bag; do not mix multiple cards.
- Tissue or Tumor Cells: Size should be approx. 5 mg. Transport with an ice pack.
