Sample Collection Instructions
For accurate results, please follow these pre-test instructions:
- Overnight fasting is preferred.
- Mandatory information: Sample time point, previous diagnostic immunophenotype report, clinical history (including anti-CD38 therapy), original TRF, and date and time when the sample was drawn.
Sample type includes:
- 5 mL serum from SST tube and 3 mL whole blood in Lavender Top (EDTA) tube, shipped refrigerated.
- 3 mL Bone Marrow (first pull aspirate) in Green Top (Sodium Heparin) tube.
- 1 or 2 unstained Bone marrow smears made at source.
