Sample Collection and Instructions
Sample Type: 2 mL (1 mL min.) serum from 1 SST. The sample should be shipped refrigerated or frozen. Note that grossly hemolysed and lipemic samples are not acceptable. A duly filled Test Send Out Consent Form (Form 35) is mandatory before testing.
