Sample type: 3 mL (2 mL min.) plasma from 1 Lavender Top (EDTA) tube OR 2 mL (1 mL min.) serum from 1 SST. Separate plasma/serum within 4 hours of collection and freeze. Ship frozen. DO NOT THAW. Wrap in aluminum foil to protect from light. Overnight fasting is mandatory. A duly filled Test Send Out Consent Form (Form 35) is also mandatory.
