- Morning sample: Collect between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Evening sample: Collect between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Please note the exact time and date of collection on the sample container and test request form. Fasting is generally not required, but confirm with your doctor or the laboratory.
