Methodology

Scientific standards you can cite

Testing is performed using validated molecular methods including Sanger sequencing and next-generation sequencing (NGS) platforms. Variant interpretation follows ACMG/AMP technical standards, and reports are LOINC-coded for interoperability.

Our quality management system follows ISO 9001:2015, we operate under KMLTTB-regulated practice, and ISO 15189 accreditation is in progress. We are transparent about this status and will update partners as it advances.

Reporting standards

  • LOINC-coded results for EMR integration
  • ACMG variant classification: pathogenic, likely pathogenic, VUS, likely benign, benign
  • Clinical commentary with recommended next actions
  • Agreed turnaround with status updates during processing
