- 4 mL (3 mL min.) serum in 1 SST tube (refrigerated or frozen) AND 4 mL (3 mL min.) Platelet Poor Plasma (PPP) from 3 Blue Top (Sodium Citrate) tubes.

- Preparation
- Overnight fasting is preferred. A duly filled Coagulation Requisition Form (Form 15) is mandatory. Please consult your doctor regarding the discontinuation of Heparin (1 day prior) or Oral Anticoagulants (7 days prior) before the test.
