- Oropharyngeal and Nasopharyngeal Swabs / ET secretions / BAL / Sputum inoculated in special viral transport medium (VTM); 4 mL (2 mL min.) whole blood in 1 Lavender Top (EDTA) tube; 5 mL (3 mL min.) serum from 1 SST.

- Overnight fasting is preferred. A duly filled Covid-19 Clinical Information Form (Form 44) / SRF ID is mandatory. Confirm with the laboratory before booking.

This panel includes several components to assess various infections:
* SARS-CoV-2 Real-time RT-PCR: Detects the genetic material of the COVID-19 virus. * Hemogram (Complete Blood Count): Provides information about blood cells, which can indicate infection or inflammation. * Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR): A calculated value from the hemogram that can be elevated in certain infections, including COVID-19. * Dengue NS1 Antigen, EIA: Detects an early marker of Dengue fever. * Chikungunya virus antibody IgM: Detects antibodies indicating a recent Chikungunya infection. * Malaria Parasite confirmation: Checks for the presence of malaria parasites. * Typhi dot / Salmonella typhi IgM: Checks for antibodies indicating a recent Typhoid fever infection.
