- Oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal swabs, ET secretions, BAL, or sputum inoculated in viral transport medium (VTM). 2 mL serum (SST tube) and 3 mL whole blood (Lavender Top/EDTA tube).

- Overnight fasting is preferred. Ensure a duly filled Covid-19 Clinical Information Form (Form 44) / SRF ID is provided.
