The specimen must be shipped refrigerated and should reach the laboratory within 24 hours. Please ensure to provide the gestational age of the patient along with the duly filled Chromosome & FISH Analysis Requisition form (Form 17) and Consent form (Form 18) for Prenatal Genetic Testing.
