For this test, samples of placenta (villi) or fascia lata, diaphragm, tendon, skin, or tissue from internal organs must be submitted. Samples should be shipped immediately at 18-22°C. Please note that formalin-fixed specimens are not acceptable, and a duly filled Chromosome & FISH analysis Requisition Form (Form 17) is mandatory.
