The test requires a sample of 5 mL (3 mL min.) whole blood or 4 mL (2 mL min.) bone marrow collected in two Green Top (Sodium Heparin) tubes. Samples should be shipped at a temperature of 18-22°C and must not be frozen. A duly filled Chromosome & FISH analysis Requisition Form (Form 17) is mandatory.
Samples are accepted daily by 4 PM, with a report turnaround time of 4 days.
