Sample Type: 4 mL (2 mL min.) Bone Marrow from 1 Green Top (Sodium Heparin) tube OR 5 mL (3 mL min.) whole blood. Samples should be shipped at 18-22°C and must not be frozen. Bone marrow is the preferred sample. A duly filled Chromosome & FISH analysis Requisition Form (Form 17) is mandatory for processing.
