Sample type: 3 mL (1.5 mL min.) serum from 1 SST. Ship refrigerated or frozen. It is mandatory to provide the following information:
- Maternal Date of Birth (dd/mm/yy)
- Last Menstrual Period (LMP) or Ultrasound
- Number of Fetuses (Single/Twins)
- Diabetic status and Body Weight in Kg
- IVF history
- Smoking status
- Previous history of Trisomy 21 pregnancy
