Sample Collection Instructions
For the Disopyramide Test, a sample of 2 mL (1 mL min.) serum is required from a Red Top (No Additive) tube. It is crucial to separate the serum from cells immediately and avoid using SST gel barrier tubes. The sample should be shipped refrigerated or frozen. A duly filled Test Send Out Consent Form (Form 35) is mandatory for processing.
Turnaround Time
Samples collected by the 7th of the month will have their reports ready within 2 to 3 weeks.
