- Ship the sample refrigerated or frozen.
- Avoid drugs such as Labetalol, Sotalol, Acetaminophen, Methyldopa, Antidepressants, Ephedrine, Amphetamine, Nicotine, and Caffeine at least 72 hours prior to sample collection.
- Refrain from consuming foods like bananas, pineapples, nuts, and cereals for at least 72 hours before the test.
